I was someone who would often bottle up the way I felt, be strong and hold it in until I reached the point of a breakdown. I lost sleep because I was constantly worrying about the future, how I was supposed to be and I would always second guess my ability, even when it came to my strengths.
I would shift from a great mood to being short and grumpy in an instant. I would constantly be annoyed by the expectations I put on others and I let myself be entirely controlled by things that I could not control.
This all changed in my year and a half long rehab when I started to question if thought could lead to an injury. This led me to a journey discovering the power of our thoughts and how we can choose what ones we want to have, that benefit us.
Since learning these new ideas my life has never, WILL never be the same. I now live in a state of contentment, appreciating every day. I want to provide others with the opportunity to improve their lives, just as I have...

Athlete Mindset Coaching

..a program specially designed to help athletes become Mentally Unbeatable by building a mindset that improves self-confidence and belief in their own abilities. It aims to teach athletes how to regain control of the controllable, and how to overcome the uncontrollable elements that can impact performance.
Athletes will begin to overcome pressure from external factors that can be detrimental to their own performance, as well as the pressure they have put on themselves. They will learn how to overcome mistakes and unwanted emotions to ensure their mind is entirely focused on their performance, allowing them to be present in each game moment.
Each athlete will come away with a tool that allows them to walk into games feeling entirely confident in themselves, with an unbeatable mindset.
